Petrus Arendzen made several hundred etchings so I have been forced to make a selection. However, it is my intention eventually to catalogue and publish as much of his work as I can.
Most of the etchings on these pages are copies from Old Masters. However, for brevity, I have not indicated in the titles of the etchings that they are “after” the originals.

Wilhelmina Walburga Moes (Amsterdam,1856 - Laren,1918) was a painter of the Laren School. She was also a writer and published her first book of short stories in 1911 and her autobiography in 1916.
This etching was included in a portfolio of work published under the title "Moderne Kunst in Nederland" by Holkema & Warendorf.
